July 29, Wed {WW} Hike Afton State Park. Meet at 10 a.m. at the Visitor Center, 6959 Peller Avenue South, Hastings MN 55033. Start hiking at 10:15 a.m. We will hike about 4 miles, mostly on dirt and grass trails. There are some very steep uphills and downhills, so you will probably want to bring your hiking poles. Bring a water bottle and a lunch to eat afterwards in the Visitor Center. Annual or daily state park permit can be purchased in the park office.
