Events - Event View

Sept 28, Wed {WW} Hike Old Cedar Avenue Bridge, Long Meadow Lake and Bluff Trails.  Meet at 10 a.m. at 9898 Old Cedar Avenue South, Bloomington, MN  55425.  Park at the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge parking lot off Old Cedar Avenue South.  We will leave at 10:15 a.m.  We will hike a 7-mile loop deemed “moderately challenging” with mild hills.  Much of the trail will be on dirt paths.  There are lots of birds to view and I once thought I saw a lynx.  We will end with a picnic bag lunch.
