The Løype is published six times a year as the official newsletter of the North Star Ski Touring Club. Løype is the Norwegian word for “track” or “ski trail.” It speaks to us not only of the trails we love to ski, but of the larger track, the concept of ski touring, that guides the progress of this club.

The Løype welcomes contributions (articles, photos, graphic art, etc.) from NSSTC members and non-members alike.

Send e-mail contributions (MS Word (.doc or .rtf) or plain text (.txt) attachment) and digital photos by the first of the month preceding publication to editor@north-stars.org.

Send activity schedule items via e-mail (MS Word (.doc or .rtf) or plain text (.txt) attachment) to schedules@north-stars.org, or submit on-line (preferred method) using the activities scheduling form.

Deadline is the first of the month preceding publication for electronic
submittals, and the 25th of the second month preceding publication for all other submissions.
